I wish I could say I made this little chap in 3D, but no, not this time. Some actual humans made this guy from balloons and glued hair to his face, then a puppeteer brought him to life. Director Jeff Minton came up with this lovely little concept for Dollar Shave Club’s super-smooth Shave Butter, where B.A. Loonman (see what they did there) overcomes his fear of shaving.
I worked on the edit, audio, colour grading, wire removal, a few VFX shots and some titling. A really fun project.
